Dear Brian, I wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you and your team did for our wedding. From day 1 you and I clicked and I knew that you weren't the kind of person who just told me anything to keep me happy. You actually cared and helped make ALL of my dreams come true. As you know I planned every single detail and even made most of them for the wedding. In the beginning I was scared that it wouldn’t come together without me there to make sure everything was in place. You helped me to feel so confident in you and your ability to control everything that on my wedding day I wasn’t worried about all the details in your hands. As a matter of fact I wasn’t worried about anything at all. When we arrived you met me at the door and you and Jean took everything so that I wasn’t carrying around anything at all. You came right to me with my DJ issue and already had a solution so I didn’t have to worry. You really helped to make our wedding day the most beautiful, elegant, and amazingly fun day I could ever imagine. I've heard so many compliments on your building and you service and I think I'm the most surprised of all. I cant thank you enough for creating the perfect day and making me confident in you so I could simply sit back and have a great time. Dear Jean: The Wedding of Linda and Paul is over but I feel a few comments are in order. Sometimes people complain when things don't go just right, but when they do work out not a word is said. Marjeane Caterers did a Tremendous job from the time we first contacted you to the time the reception was over. Everything ran along like clock work. Every little detail was taken care of that would make for a fine event. Our phone is still ringing, people calling us to say "it was one of the Nicest Weddings they had Ever Attended". The wedding ceremony was beautiful too, and the reception was a fitting climax to a perfect day. The Meal was Excellent, the prime rib was done just right, (good and hot) as were the vegetables. Your advice on the dessert could not have been better. The Hors D'Oevores were fine and your girls really kept the trays coming along in rapid succession.
