Full China Service (dinner plate, linen napkin, fork, salad fork, spoon,
knife) $2.98 p.p.
All dates are reserved on a first contract basis and subject to availability.
This is “drop off service” only. The food will be
delivered hot in a holding box 30 – 60 minutes prior to your food service time,
along with the necessary chaffers, sterno and serving tools. Our staff will
assist you in setting up the buffet. All equipment should be rinsed clean of
food products. We will arrange pick up of our equipment at a mutually convenient
time. An equipment deposit of $100.00 is due along with final payment.
Uniformed Servers to staff your party are available at a cost of $25.00 per hour
and Professional Bartenders at a cost of $40.00 per hour. Minimum staffing time
is 3 hours.
