Well, January 12, 2008 was a wonderful day!! On that day, Marjeane Caterers was proud to host a benefit/fundraiser for a local woman Victoria and her son Christopher. Victoria was to be married to the love of her life on September 22, 2008, unfortunately, tragedy struck and her fiancée, Patrick, passed away on September 17, 2008 from a heart attack. Victoria was scheduled to have her reception at another location but as of January 12, 2008, as not been able to make an agreement with her facility to get any type of refund. Facing financial hardship due to this loss, we here at Marjeane Caterers approached Victoria and her family with a proposal to host a fundraiser in her honor which she accepted. For us here at Marjeane’s, this was truly a story that would touch anyone’s heart. Getting to know Victoria, her son Christopher, and some of Victoria’s family was a blessing that we never expected. We truly have made some new friend’s that we hope to have for many years to come!

In regards to the benefit, Marjeane Caterers would very much like to thank everyone who took time out of their schedule to attend and raise funds for such a worthy cause. We would like to thank a few businesses that were able to help us out that night, specifically…

Best of Times DJ’s who provided 4 DJ’s for the evening to keep everyone entertained with dancing and music.

Glass Slipper Productions who photographed many of the happenings of the evening. The pictures of the evening that you see on this page are only a sampling of the night. A CD with all the nights pictures has been provided to Victoria and her family as well.

Secrets Limousine who provided a limo to pick Victoria and her family up and bring them to our facility and take them home after the event.

Mae & Co. for providing the gaming tables at a discounted cost for all guests to enjoy and have some fun.
